Everyday Entrepreneur Venture Fund

The Mill has partnered with National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) and 9 other community college to address one of most urgent needs of our country – that of supporting local economies via entrepreneurship. The Everyday Entrepreneur Venture Fund (EEVF) helps to launch underfunded community college entrepreneurs into business, with a focus on community-based start-ups, scale-ups of existing businesses, and the implementation of proven replicable business models.

The goal to help cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, provide scalable resources, strategies, and tools, and build a sense of community in colleges, who are dedicated to empowering future entrepreneurs with the financial management skills and tools required for long-term business success.

This past year, The Mill provided $48,000 in EEVF grants to 5 local startups.
